Ouzoud Waterfalls

Begin your tour with a morning pickup at your Marrakech hotel or riad, before departing for one of the most spectacular waterfalls in North Africa - located in 170 km north-east of Marrakech. Along the way, enjoy sweeping views over Morocco’s beautiful countryside scenery. Upon arrival in the village of Ouzoud, admire the beautiful waterfalls plunging 360 feet (110 meters) into the shimmering pool below. Follow your local guide (optional) through fertile olive tree groves to an argan oil co-operative. Here, gain valuable insight into Berber traditions and culture. Afterward, explore the network of hiking trails, with a viewpoint selling fresh orange juice (own expense). Next, take a seat aboard a traditional boat and enjoy a cruise on the pool at the bottom of the waterfalls (optional). From your vantage point on the water, gaze up at the cascading waters above and discover natural caves nestled in the cliffside. Then, perhaps savor a delicious Berber lunch at a local restaurant overlooking the falls (optional). In the mid-afternoon, climb the series of stairs back up to your vehicle, for your transfer back to your starting point in Marrakech.
